Do you have a store front that I can pick up at?

No, we do not offer a pickup option for our orders at this time. Our kitchen is located in a commisary kitchen space and is not open to the public. Orders must be placed for delivery in SF or the East Bay only. Please reference our delivery zones under 'Delivery Ordering'.

Do you deliver outside of San Francisco?

Yes! We have extended our delivery zone to include the East Bay - Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley, Alameda and Orinda. Please reference our delivery map via the 'Delivery Ordering' page.

Can I have my order delivered to a friend or family member in SF as a gift?

Yes. Our Cookies and Cookie Cakes are perfect for gifting! Be sure to check our 'Gifting & Add-Ons' section for Cards, Candles and/or Tableware to include with your order. Please let us know in the 'Special Instructions' section when placing your order if this is a gift so that we can plan accordingly. Make sure to include your contact information as well as the recipient's in case we have any issues reaching them during the delivery.

Is there a minimum for ordering cookies?

Yes. We require a minimum order of at least 6 of our cookies, per flavor.

Do you offer shipping for your cookies?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping at this time. Our cookies can only be ordered for delivery in San Francisco or the East Bay. Don't worry - this won't be forever. Stay tuned for any future updates!

Custom Orders

How do I order custom items?

Please submit a 'Custom Order Request' form on our 'Contact Us' page with the details of what you are interested in. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability and request any additional information needed to fulfill the order. Please note, submitting a request does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the order.

Can I place an order outside of the available days and hours for weekly cookies?

Yes, we generally have availability outside of our normal operating hours for custom orders. Send us a Custom Order Request and we will confirm if your requested date can be accommodated.

Is a deposit required for custom orders?

We require payment in full to secure a custom order with your preferred date. Since we are a small operation, we are limited in the amount of custom orders we are able to accept. Your order is not confirmed on our calendar until payment is received. Upon submitting your Custom Order Request, we will provide an invoice with the quote for your order. Once the invoice is paid, your date is secured and payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do you offer custom decorated items outside of sugar cookies?

At this time, we have limited our custom items to decorated sugar cookies only. Please submit a 'Custom Order Request' form on our 'Contact Us' page with the details of what you are interested in.

How much notice is needed for a custom order to be placed?

Since we are a small operation, we are limited in the amount of custom orders we are able to accept. At a minimum, we require a 3 week notice for custom requests. However, the sooner the better is best to lock in your order and date. We will take custom orders up to 6 months in advance. If you have a last minute custom request, please still shoot us an email and we will let you know if we can accommodate your order. A Rush Order Fee may be implemented and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Are you able to accommodate corporate orders?

Yes! If you are interested in custom decorated sugar cookies, please submit a 'Custom Order Request' form on our 'Contact Us' page with the details of what you are interested in. If you are interested in our drop cookies under the 'Cookie Flavors' page, just shoot us an email with the details and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated.


I have a food allergy, can you accommodate my allergies?

All of our baked goods are prepared in an environment where shared equipment is used and wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts or other known allergies may inadvertently come into contact with them. Upon placing your order, please inform us of any food allergies that you or someone in your home has. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and make every effort to ensure that the provided food items are safe for those with allergies. If the allergy is severe, it is important to note that we are not an allergy-free bakery and there is always the potential for cross-contamination.

What forms of payment do you accept for orders?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Venmo for payment. To pay via Venmo, please select 'Manual Payment' during checkout and manually send a payment in Venmo to Katrice Riley (@katricey). We do not accept cash or checks for no-contact deliveries. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

Do you have nutrition information available?

No, we do not have nutrition information available at this time. Our cookies are made with real eggs, butter, cane sugar and quality flour for an indulgent treat. We prefer to not sacrifice the taste or quality of our cookies by using artificial sweeteners, flavorings or preservatives to reduce calorie and carbohydrate consumption. One great thing is that our cookies are individually wrapped and perfect for sharing - or even freezing for later!

How long are the cookies good for?

Since our cookies are made from scratch without preservatives, we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible for optimal freshness. Any cookies that will not be eaten within 3 days can be frozen to keep them longer. For added protection, we suggest keeping in an airtight container or zipoc bag away from heat, moisture and strong odors.

Our Weekly Cookie flavors change every week and are announced on Sundays! You can sign up for our newsletter and follow us via Instagram to get updates as soon as they are available to order.
